I thought I might dig up this thread for a change and want to present at least part of the result.

Hello Tox,

everything looks very good! It's a pity that the golden ball didn't cooperate on the day of the recording

Of course, I would be interested in the cost side. Has it remained at the cost estimate of your architect?

Rhenish greetings

OT: Construction expert....may I ask what the "l" in "natürlich" is about...I stumble over it every time and catch myself pronouncing it out loud

Looks nice.. I like it
Why is there a table on the ceiling? Is that modern art? ^^
Is there a photo of how you arranged the wardrobe in the bedroom?

Sure

I can’t really put a precise time on it anymore – but it started with our daughter’s first attempts at speaking at around 2 or 2.5 years old. I found it so funny that I kept repeating it and then it just stuck. It’s so ingrained that I automatically – not only say it, but also “half unconsciously” write it. Another cute slip of the tongue from our little bug.

I almost suspect that "Bibelwurst" will come next; my granddaughter just can’t say Zwiebelwurst without stumbling.

Rhenish regards

I just wanted to check again who was at what cost stage, but somehow... whatever.

So "all in" we are now at 290 TEUR, with paving work still to come, which we are planning with 5000 euros. Thanks to a lot of help and expertise from two road builders in our circle of acquaintances, that should work.

Of course, many small things are still missing, but overall almost finished.

In these 295 are all extras included (2 floor-level showers, hexagonal bathtub, towel radiator, entire ground floor tiled, electric blinds, natural stone window sills I/A, colored window frames, electrically operated sectional doors, network with 22 ports, 7 TV sockets with multiswitch, etc...

If we had really stuck 1:1 to the plan and the offers according to the architect and made no extras, it would have been easily 35 TEUR cheaper. Alone bathroom, tiles, and window sills were 25 TEUR in extras.

The table is there as a resting place for curious cats. The access path for it is still missing, but that will come.

A photo of the bedroom can be provided, but it still has to be taken beforehand.
