In the basement on the left is a part of a classic cellar (heating, laundry room, storage) and on the right with a separate door a corridor, 3 rooms and a bathroom. The entrance is also downstairs. Upstairs are then the kitchen, living room, bathroom, etc. Unfortunately, I do not know how to give a tip, since the exposé has now been deleted....

Inquiries are not buyers. And an immediate deletion is naive on the seller's part. But that should not be your problem. Expect that you will have to keep searching – out of 100 mentioned inquiries, 50 are very interested, 20 can buy, 2 definitely want it.

Unfortunately, it doesn't make sense to tell you something that has no substance. If someone now tells you yes, you can remove the mold for €30,000 and the roof will cost the same again... what good is that to you? Nothing. Because it would be a wild guess. Plans for the house are available at the building authority or not. For ours, no plans were available anymore, only one hand-drawn by the previous owner. Wiring plans are usually only available for newer houses.
