Single-family house with a granny flat & garage

... Or rather balcony :)

Single people or young couples would be the target group. A balcony in the basement could be a bit difficult ;-)
But there is a garden instead...
Direct access from the living area is not possible, only through the front door.

I currently cannot imagine the light well in front of the [Einliegerwohnung] at all. That means, there will be no west-facing terrace possible for the main apartment, at least not accessible from the house.

If there is a housing shortage, then the [Einliegerwohnung] might be rentable. However, I could imagine that there will be a high turnover. Especially since the apartment will not be very bright and rather gloomy in winter.
