And if it’s supposed to help you so much, you would have seen in 3D that the small living room door is right next to the basement entrance... you often have to tolerate that in a small terraced house, but for a single-family house it’s not so great.
In this respect, playing with the program might be fun, but your house should rather be planned by a professional – probably also with the mentioned budget and priorities.
