At least 100,000 euros are underestimated. Get concrete quotes for the individual trades before you run into trouble. We are also building a hillside house and just the earthworks + temporary slope stabilization cost 50,000 euros.

I find the living room and dining area really cramped. Would you like to place no other piece of furniture besides the dining table? Elsewhere, the distance from the sofa to the living room wall was also addressed. 3.5m is not much. I am a fan of a separated living room, but here I would build as open as possible (and as already mentioned without a pantry), otherwise it feels very cramped.
