Can you perhaps explain why the floor plan is structurally difficult to implement?I believe that the process with the structural engineer will prompt a reset (unless the 5 million budget is actually feasible and you are also firmly committed to it).
I have mentioned all that in the upper part of the same post. You can easily see it yourself too: look at the floor plans and, just for fun, count the load-bearing walls that, in your perception, lie on top of each other; I have also mentioned two additional spots with a luxurious need for beams. What about that is not enough for you to understand my skepticism?Can you maybe say why the floor plan is statically difficult to implement?

Furthermore, I wonder if the trend will also emerge to separate the toilet from the bathroom to allow better utilization.
