That is statically and insulation-wise practically the same thing in green :-)

What I am wondering right now is how four people are supposed to use a large bathroom on the upper floor at the same time? When I think about our morning routine, usage with more than mother and (one) female child is almost impossible. I wouldn’t even fit in there anymore. Not because my physical size wouldn’t allow it, but rather due to the fact that, for example, only two sinks and one toilet are available. That’s why I’m glad to be able to move to the ground floor or possibly the basement in order not to disturb the processes on the upper floor.

Sure... it will probably work, I think of my sister who lived with her husband and two children for about 18 years on 100 sqm with one (!) bathroom.

Furthermore, I wonder whether the trend will ever emerge to separate the toilet from the bathroom to enable better utilization.

Thoughts that just come to my mind...

... and probably don’t belong here.

Can you perhaps explain why the floor plan is structurally difficult to implement?

I have mentioned all that in the upper part of the same post. You can easily see it yourself too: look at the floor plans and, just for fun, count the load-bearing walls that, in your perception, lie on top of each other; I have also mentioned two additional spots with a luxurious need for beams. What about that is not enough for you to understand my skepticism?

I wasn't asked, but: Because of all the beams of the bay windows.

I have implemented that idea and still don't understand why one has to cram a toilet that is constantly occupied in the morning into the bathroom...
I have already educated my wife out of the argument that you have to go to the toilet naked before showering. There is simply no reason not to go to the toilet (which is located outside the bathroom) already dressed before taking a shower.

I find the house and the floor plan very good!
