Phew, then I'll stick to my question for now: what exactly did you calculate individually and what exactly did the construction companies calculate individually? If you are all already limiting yourselves regarding the space, such tips are of course difficult. May I ask what the motivation for the new construction is? Do you currently live in your own property or rent? If you own property, the value of the property may have increased accordingly?

Here I also say as a basement fetishist: Get rid of it :)

You say the buildable area is maxed out.
Height of the house as well? (attic instead of basement)
Is a two-story garage maybe possible?

PS: If basement, does it absolutely have to be a residential basement?
I suspect ceiling height, underfloor heating, more/larger windows already make the basement considerably more expensive, right?

What does "Schischi" mean and where does the term come from? Sounds nice ... and like something I want to have too. ;-)

Why should/must it be clinker?

Probably from French, Chichi denotes an unnecessary, playful accessory - as opposed to Tinnef (worthless and unnecessary) or Firlefanz (unnecessary, but not an accessory).

I see neither major price drivers nor other claims here. The project should easily be manageable for 600 to 800k. Your offers are absolute rip-offs and far from any reality. Would inquire with other companies.
