A combination of inheritance, work (I am an entrepreneur), and bank financing

I wonder what one should store in all the kitchen cabinets? They would all remain quite empty with us, and we really have a lot of "kitchen stuff." What does one do with all the bathrooms when the children move out again after a few years?

On the occasion of this post, , I would like to add a question here: How does one actually accompany and supervise such a construction? And is there as much botching as on a standard GU/GÜ/BT construction site? How long was the list of small issues that still had to be resolved before acceptance? Were there major defects?

People are working on a construction site and mistakes always happen. The advantage here will probably be the external expertise that was certainly purchased and can be constantly on site.

In this case, it was an architect with a site manager. The list of defects: A substructure washbasin came loose and had to be glued back. A craftsman drilled into a power cable at the outer gutter, causing an outside lamp to stop working. Those were the only defects we noticed....
