Single-family house floor plan with swimming pool and garage

After reading along here for some time, I thought I would now share my floor plan as well; it deviates a bit from the standard since it's somewhat larger but might offer ideas for one or another.

What a house.

Really great.

Enormous - well, it can also be much smaller, but: If the budget allows it: Why not.

The plot of land is also amazing.

Personally, I find it wonderful when someone can realize something so beautiful and impressive. It's well done. You can live in it very well, very comfortably.

If I had something like that, I would use the swimming pool every day.

Further best of luck with the construction site and a good move-in.

In this case, it was an architect with a construction manager.
The list of defects:
A substructure sink came loose and had to be glued back.
A craftsman drilled into a power cable on the exterior gutter, causing an outdoor lamp to stop working.

Those were the only defects we noticed....

With such an impressive building, that's not much...
