Fine, I have been doing this for a good 16 years; then the users here can enjoy further advice. It would be nice, however, if you - instead of a nickname - would post here with your real name, or at least introduce yourself via your profile ;)
That’s coming, I only registered two days ago, I believe.
Where you have been in this industry for 35 years, this answer puzzles me a lot. It seems you have currently forgotten that every "pot" finds its "lid." There are not only black sheep on the seller/provider side, but also on the customer side. My years in the profession have taught me that a certain character group always finds each other; it’s no different with house construction. If it were different, every builder would forego the supposed kitchen/an extra amount of sanitary equipment and instead commission independent advice both before and during the construction project. Then there wouldn’t be the abundance of construction reports you initially mentioned on TV.
We are not apart at all; on the contrary, I almost endlessly advertise for people like you apparently are. It’s not about the others. They get told what they need to hear, see my post about the complaint with the beech staircase.
You dare quite a bit, considering you don’t know the BB...
Not really, did you overlook my closing sentence of this paragraph? But 1300 € for a presumably E+1 house, slab without painter and floor coverings in a lowest-level construction description is already expensive. You yourself criticize double-glazed windows. I believe whoever installs that probably did not hide golden faucets in their construction description. I think it is probably even weaker than suspected. Read what the questioner says about the architect. There are also construction descriptions and not few of them where not even the full architectural and engineering services are included. I can name 10 companies offhand here that offer such a house for 1000 to 1150 €/m². They are even reputable. But as said, facts have to be included.
I assume this remark is directed at me. I am a mod here in the forum; about me and my performance there is an introduction on the Welcome page. Every user - you included - can form an impression of me/ my experience. I do not promote anything at all, but I do answer inquiries directed at me and also offer my help; I cannot see anything wrong with that, as long as a potential builder does not suffer financial loss as a result.
Not quite read correctly, I was surprised by your cost statements about your service and therefore asked a question and even marked it with two question marks. It has nothing to do with any impression.
Yes, see you then and best regards from Potsdam.
Maybe you should read some of my answers here in the HBF, then your superficial impression will be relativized ;)
Kind regards
Yes, see you then and best regards from Potsdam.
