Single-family house approx. 150 sqm - Optimization of the floor plan

Good morning dear builders,

attached you will find our floor plan for our single-family house with a gable roof. We would like to know if you see any potential for a more efficient use here.

We don't see many more possibilities to change it. But maybe you know of comparable floor plans that are a bit more innovative and creative. Ours seems rather conventional :)

Unfortunately, I couldn't quickly find a thread presenting different floor plans from others. If such a thread exists, please feel free to link it.

I immediately found what apparently inspired you about bay windows and corner windows:

I only see the ground floor. I think the layout is good. But I would definitely design the bathroom. Should it have a shower?

In general, the question is always whether to plan the windows first or the floor plan with furniture first. I prefer the latter. For example, I really enjoy sitting on the sofa and being able to look outside. It's perfect if I can also see the TV from the same position. In short, I would forgo the corner windows. Put the TV in the corner and then windows next to it overlooking the garden. Because of the space, one could consider swapping the kitchen and the sofa area. There are certainly pros and cons, but just think it through.
