Attached is our preliminary plan. What still concerns us is the size of the two < 12sqm children's rooms on the upper floor. The layout in the bathroom, which of course is related.

Do I see it correctly that the driveway goes straight across the entire property? With 3 children's rooms, I consider the gallery on the upper floor a waste of valuable square meters. But such details can be clarified after the placement is clear.
