Single-family house 170 sqm / 2 full floors with Hanse Haus

Hello dear forum,

after I already introduced ourselves and our project in another subforum, here are our floor plans.

We had already made a plan with Sweet Home 3D and our furniture and went with Hanse Haus.
The house is planned for 2+2 people (currently still in planning ).

The door to the utility room will be moved to the kitchen.

What do you think? Any further tips and recommendations?

And unfortunately, the floor plan is without measurements. Spontaneously, I would not move the door to the utility room into the kitchen. Where it is now, I would probably have it hinged the other way around and then use the lower part of the plan more for technology and the upper part more for washing machine, storage, etc.

I will submit the questionnaire soon. After the vacation, there will be more time for that. The door should lead to the kitchen to have a storage room there. Alternatively, it was considered to build a wall into the technical room to actually have two separate rooms. However, I think that would lose some space.
