My architect estimated 2 years ago, when no offers were available yet, at 400€ per cubic meter, which was a relatively accurate hit except for the land, which was not part of the estimate anyway. Since you want to partly shop at the hardware store and also outsource some work, I think the 400€ per cubic meter for the house might still be suitable for you currently. The calculation is based on the floor area over all ceilings, so do not omit anything.

Get back to me and tell me what came out!

I do think so. Buying a junk door looks ugly, lets burglars in, and has to be replaced after a short time.

Does it matter now where it is? You inevitably look at it several times a day, I promise you.

The same with the tiles. Such cheap crap breaks away under your feet.

Thank you very much – if I use your rule of thumb or the one per square meter, I arrive at the following values:

- 400 € / m³ x 700 m³ = 280 k€ or
- 2,000 € / m² x 145 m² = 290 k€ + garage

I suspect/hope that it will not be more expensive than 300 k€. It will probably come down to an LWWP (Stiebel Eltron), but possibly instead of the ventilation system, windows with ventilation will be installed. Also, that could save some money, although it might lead to somewhat higher heating costs.

: Let’s just leave it like that. We simply have completely different mentalities – that’s okay. You know enough examples where expensive brand products simply don’t perform better. And yes, of course, I would also consult an expert before buying a hardware store tile to avoid buying junk like "Made in China," but rather a good price/performance ratio or smart shopping.

For me, both values were also not far apart.

400€/cbm, unfortunately it is always only referred to as net, i.e. 19% is still missing

The shell construction costs have already become more concrete: here we should be just over 90 kEur including VAT.
