Single-family home turnkey construction costs

Regarding Munich (city), I can say that in the initial assessment by the architect, we are also above €4,000 / sqm. It is not a single-family house in our case but a multi-family house with 3 units.

I think the price is quite realistic and has been confirmed as such by other experts.

That is then a more upscale equipment. 0815 in the BY or BW 2,500€.

So I can only pass on the numbers as I have received them from 3 architects (-offices). However, the price refers to an upscale standard.
