I can't say much about the breakdown of construction costs yet. As mentioned yesterday, it is not a classic single-family house. A high-end finish is planned. We are planning with a basement (which is included in the costs). The costs for the underground garage are separate and not included. The same applies to the outdoor area, which is also listed separately.
