What you get for EUR 215 is not listed in the construction service description or in a flyer! Get professional help urgently to evaluate the offer!

Fingerhaus actually has a very good construction and service description. It is definitely not the sheet attached above but a small folder. I received a construction and service description directly at the first meeting. My construction and service description from November is probably no longer valid since from 01.03.2016 both the prices and the services (e.g. wall structure/insulation) have been changed. Perhaps that is why the consultant does not yet have a construction and service description according to the new scope. Be sure to address this with the sales consultant. If he cannot provide this to you, there is no point in continuing. You need to know what is included and what is not. Holistically.

I can only confirm, the construction and service description is significantly more detailed, customer-friendly, and comprehensive. We also received it immediately, actually from every provider we visited. If he doesn’t want to give it out, look for another provider.
