Short lamp recessed housing recommendation in concrete ceiling

I can recommend HV LEDs from Ledon. The tunnel is always good, after all, you usually have 10x 1.5 mm2 conductors in there.

I always recommend LED panels, they simply produce better light than the spotlights...

In my area, only 2 are listed and neither really appeals to me.

It has not been clear to me until today why one would use NV (Niedervolt). They require a transformer. That consumes electricity. Whereas HV (Hochstrom) converts the electricity directly into light.
Therefore, I always tend towards HV.
