Gladly, gladly :)

Nice hinterland, 500 m to the Rhine, 500 m to the lake, I am still thrilled and very excited.

Currently the water pipes, bathrooms, floors, windows (partly) are new, parquet is being sanded and resealed. Heating system will remain for now until 2026.

With all the bells and whistles including renovation/partial renovation, I ended up paying about €400,000, the standard land value for this region is €280/sqm, the market value was €270,000, the lending value determined by the bank was about €360,000, market value is €500,000-600,000 (if I look at the few comparable offers). About 100 interested bidders on site, the appointment was narrowly at the limit of being canceled due to Corona distancing.

Of course not. However, a fixed price was agreed with the craftsmen, and I have already factored in what will still be added on top/extra (like now, for example, the electrician).
