Shell construction costs: timber frame construction vs. brick construction

Hello everyone, we want to have our house built in timber frame construction as a low-energy house. Now we have an offer for the shell construction without the slab (timber frame including roof truss and roof) of €166,000. With a comparative offer for a brick house, we would be at €185,000. Are these realistic prices based on your experience? Here are a few details about the project. I just took a look at our offers. The house size is roughly similar, only our garage is bigger. House with slab and garage only on strip foundation, all built with bricks. Costs for this including the roof about 155,000 but all in [Sachsen-Anhalt].
