Shed roofs do not pose any fundamental problems. Think from the inside out. How much light do you want in which room? With a shed roof, very large glass surfaces can be realized on one side - if you like that. Beautiful and good houses can be built today with any roof shape. Even on flat roofs, there is the possibility to integrate a slope for drainage behind a parapet.

Please tell me that I misunderstood you: so the images come from the model catalog of your (probably mailbox) general contractor "Kevin Massivbau" (or something like that), who has an example image for each house floor plan on his website, to which a sample calculation is attached?

Hello,
we have built a bungalow with a shed roof. The roof has received a filigree ceiling made of concrete. No wooden roof truss.
This ceiling is partially prefabricated and consists of an approximately 5 cm thick concrete slab with built-in lattice girders. The element ceiling usually contains the complete load-bearing reinforcement. On the construction site, it is laid on joists. After that, the supplementary reinforcement, top reinforcement, and ring beam reinforcement must be installed. Then follows the concreting, usually done by means of a concrete pump.

How should one imagine the thermal break: are there "Isokorb (R)"-like elements between the wall and the concrete roof?

There is perimeter insulation under ( Jackudur ) for the foundation formwork. Insulation of the top floor ceiling and the external insulation, see pictures.

Welt Plus article from 28.04.2021 (I only came across it today) Title: "An error-free built house is now the exception".
The article refers to "[...] The basis consists of 1265 inspection reports by building experts for single-family houses between 2017 and March 2019 [...]"

On the topic of the roof: "[...] and up to about 20 degrees of roof pitch, one in five roofs is affected by penetrating moisture. With steeper pitches, it is only five percent. "The flatter a roof is constructed, the more prone to errors it is," according to the study. [...] "
