They also get worn out by the wife, if she works less, yes, also more...

What is fair if the man pays (almost) everything and in the end – if things go badly – is left with nothing?
Therefore possibly with shares in the land register, but not 50/50.

How is the bank supposed to know that a second person lives in the household if you are not married?

Because the OP has to state it in the self-disclosure. Number of persons in the household. If he does not indicate it, he knowingly lies to obtain a loan (exaggeratedly put).

Seriously, does a bank check that so thoroughly? It can be that one is separated at the time of the self-disclosure and later gets back together, for example...

No. But one must be aware that it is fraudulent behavior. Does the bank also check my private health insurance? Or my other expenses? No - it doesn't either. Why even provide information... In the OP's situation, the question doesn't matter anyway, since the creditworthiness is fine.

Hello,
The partner should neither be listed in the financing nor contribute equity for the house. We will only split the ancillary costs 50/50 and share the furniture.

Therefore the question is how to best approach the bank and whether financing under these conditions is possible at the bank.

Something like that, yes. Unfortunately, I don’t have a contract with the general contractor yet, only the estimate from the architect. But a loan of 350k € should also be possible, right?

Isn’t only the co-applicant listed on the self-disclosure form, which in my case does not exist?
