Hello everyone,

our move-in date is 26.04.2014.
Currently, there are four Trotek TTK600 in the house.
During the last night, I turned them off once and checked the humidity this morning: 85%

Can we move in like this with small children?
Is it expected that we can significantly reduce it with another week of drying?
Can we lay parquet like this and then continue drying?

Sorry for the many questions!

Thank you very much,
ILWJ

How old is the screed? How long are you drying? What does the site manager say?

The screed has been in for four weeks the day after tomorrow. We have been drying for over 3 weeks now, initially with fewer machines - now at full speed. According to the site manager, the masonry is nicely dry, but all the hygrometers and the body say otherwise... In winter, the building stood for 10 weeks without a roof and cover in the rain!

So you want to move into a shell construction? I don't understand... with us, it was 10 weeks of screed drying before the interior work was started...

Why don’t you stay where you are? Either way. Living on a construction site is definitely not for (small) children!

For a concrete statement, a concrete situation is missing here in my opinion. Infos vom TE fehlen! Surface conditions for a 4-week-old (or young) screed, aside from the air humidity, are still completely in the rough construction stage regarding the interior finishing.
