Of course there is feedback, sorry!

So, the construction manager showed us at the start of construction that our house would be finished with a buffer by early 03-2014.
The old house is still there, but we already have new tenants.
In the meantime, the new tenants have been evicted, which is also not free for us.

The developer refuses any help...
Since money is limited, we have to move in as soon as possible.

The screed was heated, and I will only have the floor installed after the measurement.
Move-in when the floor is in.

Thanks for your answers!

That is not entirely correct. It is considered accepted, but a list of defects can still be created here as well. We also had to move in before completion, and I insisted with our construction supervisor to carry out the final inspection together. This way, some defects were added to the defect list, which were then subsequently rectified.

Then make sure to move all cabinets away in time and check for mold! How a theoretical controlled residential ventilation actually becomes effective in purely non-flow boundary conditions can be counted on one hand! Your? site manager is an agent of his client!

Best regards
