Hello dear ones,
we are building our house next year.
We have to submit a building permit both for the house (exception from the development plan: building window and instead of one two full floors — both have already been discussed in advance with the city and district office), as well as for the garage (exception: border construction and different location on the property — the neighbor has exactly the same and it was also discussed in advance).
Now we don’t have much time left until the planned start of construction (March or April). Therefore, we are considering submitting the building permit only for the house at first, since it will be built turnkey by a company and they would start as soon as it is approved and the weather permits in spring. We might possibly submit the permit for the garage afterward. We will build this ourselves.
Are there disadvantages if we don’t submit them together? Does it cost more this way? If yes, approximately how much? We only have the appointment with the architect this week, who will then level etc. on site.
Oh, and we live in Bavaria, in case that matters. Thanks for your help and have a nice evening already.
