Then you always have 30+ degrees in your pantry whenever the fireplace is lit from below. Not the best conditions for storing food.
Storage space is always nice, but maybe a tall cabinet would do as well?

Post a site plan, and preferably also the "property" aka the bungalow (?) underneath. It seems to me that there is still a lack of awareness here that an additional floor is also, in a way, a kind of "renovation." So actually, for the planning, it should be represented once as if there were already walls (those of the floor below) and these would be demolished and supplemented. But here I only see red - no yellow and no gray. Therefore, it is not fundamentally seriously discussable, because an existing house as "building ground" is not a meadow. Is the roof new or is it being lifted, does the "slab" already exist as the ceiling of the existing house or is it newly constructed (e.g., replacing a beam layer); does the existing house possibly have to be structurally reinforced first, ...? - those are questions that make me see this discussion more in the qualification round than in the semi-final. The interior walls all seem to be planned as non-load-bearing here (14.5 is probably meant to be 11.5 plus plaster?), but that would be ambitious given the span.

Green is the dishwasher door, the line from corner to corner is a 100 cm passage, the table is 90 x 180. No idea how big it is supposed to be.

The red line shows the maximum room depth
