Hello everyone,
I am interested in a semi-detached house.
At the moment, the realtor is not telling me whether the semi-detached house falls under the [Wohnungseigentumsgesetz] - the land register excerpt is still pending.
According to the owner, it is his property, so it is really divided.
The halves are labeled with numbers and additions (e.g., 1 and 1a).
According to the property cadastre (online), the halves each have their own parcel number (so the house is divided by a parcel boundary).
Are these now signs of a really divided property, or can it still fall under the [Wohnungseigentumsgesetz] despite having its own parcel number?
