Yes, it is about the initial installation in the single-family house. What I always wonder is, isn’t impact sound insulation necessary when gluing? And what does the material do, it also wants to go somewhere in the glued state!?

The first question is to be answered in such a way that the impact sound insulation under a screed fully fulfills its task. Additional layers, which are meant to minimize impact and structure-borne noise, are not sensible when the top covering is glued over the entire area. The requirements for sound insulation are not as important in a single-family house as they are in a multi-family house. In the glued state, the material will neutralize its tensions caused by expansion or contraction within the material itself. In parquet, gaps visible on the surface occur in winter, which mostly do not extend into the lower material zone (except for nailed parquet). And that can be seen as a principle of how glued material releases its tensions.

Ok, thanks for the information. I think bonding is the goal. If the screed allows it, theoretically it shouldn't need to be filled either!? But it's probably better to have it done anyway.

A filler compound does not only serve the purpose of evening out the substrate, but also to create a uniformly absorbent surface for the water contained in every dispersion adhesive. When laying tiles in a medium bed, one could also do without filling (after priming).
