What do you think about garden size? How big should a property be at least to allow for a pleasantly large garden?

It depends on what you want to do with the garden. If you just need a little patch of grass to sit on, it doesn't have to be very big. If gardening is or will become your hobby, the garden can never be big enough. From 600 sqm onwards, the garden is not just a buffer strip but actually makes sense. But that applies to all properties.

What do you think about the driveway at house no. 18? Could problems arise there?

We will have something similar. The garage will then be in the southeast corner if you don't want a huge driveway. Personally, I think 18 is quite good. Nice by the little forest, a bit set back, and the largest property. But of course, you have to be able to afford that.
