I find 20 and 22 good, as the access comes from the east or northeast. This can make it easier to develop the floor plan, since the entrance with the adjoining hallway and staircase area does not have to be located on the south or west side.

I also find No. 16 quite good. You can make a nice west-facing terrace there, and the property is not as expensive as No. 18.

I am also more in favor of the 16. The 18 won't be cheap, partly because of the size and very likely also because of the access. I guess the price per square meter close to the city of Fulda and the A7 is certainly already well above €100!? In my opinion, good alternatives are also the 20 and 22, even if the development behind them might continue further. The orientation is great. Personally, their plot sizes would be completely sufficient for me, but only you can know that for sure. PS: Best regards from Northern Hesse to Marbach. I have relatives right next door in Dietershan.
