Hands off the pen! The house is planned to fit the plot of land, not the other way around, you look for a suitable plot for the house!

What the traitor - uh, advisor - means is a construction contract with "plot service". As a basis for calculating the penalty for withdrawal on your part, a model house from their model catalog is used (but unfortunately not simultaneously made to match the buildability standard of the plot to be found). "Scammers, hustlers, swindlers" was in my youth a spin-off of the format "Aktenzeichen XY ... ungelöst". Today you get the trick explained here in the forum if you enter "11ant Leerverkauf" in the search.
