How is that supposed to work? And even if it's written there: Did you actually properly complete according to [VOB]?

Normally, you don't do that...

And transferring the construction manager's botched work to the following trade is absolutely not acceptable...

I have concluded all contracts according to the VOB and it actually says something about preliminary performance inspection as unfair as it is the exterior plasterer is liable there too, certainly much less than the lazy architect

And I'm telling you that with that, you will run into a brick wall with the craftsmen. But good luck...

So the external plasterer was there who said it wouldn't be a problem because the base is made of perimeter insulation which is waterproof.
