I had already mentioned the noppenbahn, it was nowhere included in the tenders, but that's not so bad since the house is still free around it, it can always be installed later, the black sealing tape was applied back then after the windows were installed, but they didn't "continue" the stuff for some reason

Noppenbahn does not need to be attached anywhere - it provides some mechanical protection, but depending on the filling material, it is pointless.

I checked again, that was with the roofers in the tender, I don't know why they didn't do it down by the windows, it's just stupid that they have already been paid, which means it will be difficult to get them back on the construction site, it is normally coated with bitumen, right?

Just call the roofer and ask him if he could please still do it. It was apparently simply forgotten.

Professionally, this can no longer be done - the ETICS has to be removed at that spot...

I'll call the architect, I'm not really in the mood for him but this is a defect
