Screed creaks

Hi,

I am noting this down. We also have anhydrite screed and after drying it also creaked. It wasn't that bad, but it was annoying. We then removed the carpet and there were cracks in the screed. We filled them with synthetic resin.

After a short time, the creaking stopped and there have been no noises there ever since.

Our new screed creaks as well. That is annoying because [Parkett] was installed. Something is rubbing during movement. We will probably have to have the [Parkett] removed again. I am currently negotiating with the construction company.
