No, why:

The XXX Construction All-Risk Insurance covers the following damages and destructions during the entire construction period:

[*]Damages caused by craftsmen or construction contractors on the building or based on construction, material, or execution errors that result from natural events such as storms or that are negligently, maliciously, or intentionally caused by third parties, for example, through vandalism.

[*]Damages and destructions to all construction services and components as well as building materials intended for residential use. This also includes fixtures that are to be permanently installed.
[*]Your Construction All-Risk Insurance also covers theft of materials permanently attached to the building and glass breakage as long as the glass has not yet been fully installed. The costs for restoration and necessary cleanup work are covered.

I would be interested in the T&Cs of the Allianz, whether they pay if you build with a general contractor and not with an architect.
To my knowledge, it is the risk of the construction managers if damages occur due to the trades.
The builder accepts a defect-free house. If defects are present, the construction manager must have the defect rectified.
If the defect is only noticed later by the builder, it must probably be proven that this defect was caused by the trades and not only later.
You also cannot simply google a contribution rate, since only advice is mentioned there.

If you have the insurance, I would be interested in how much you pay.

Hello, no, I did not conclude with Allianz; however, with another insurer. Costs of the insurance between 300-800€ one-time for 2 years. Insurance amount naturally dependent on the construction volume! Regards Barossi

They just need to be defined! The layperson would say the scratched door is scrap. Get it out, new one. In total not less than 5,000 euros, preferably more. Upwards basically open. However, the insurance, the craftsman, the builder, the general contractor, the forum say: The damage is 250 euros (see #4, #5 and #6). So what good is insurance to you? (A new car buyer would not accept such a scratch. In this respect, building a house is something special.)
