Same price: Kfw55 with Poroton monol. OR Kfw40 with Poroton WDVS?

The decision has been made, it will be Kfw40 with WDVS. Primary reason: financing... the calculation looks quite different with Kfw and we also believe that a KfW 40 house will be in higher demand in the future than a 55 one. We gladly take the annual energy savings with us, but they are not the primary factor.
At some point you just have to decide and there are pros and cons for everything. The point about sound only supported this again.

I also thank you for your feedback. The conclusion of the quote is valid if the resale takes place within this decade. That a higher KfW efficiency level is on balance largely economically neutral, I have certainly said several times already. ETICS can also be a great sound transmitter, so your decision surprises me in the context of the question.
