2-3 maximum. When the sun comes out during the day, the heating just turns off. At night around 0 degrees, during the day around 7-9 degrees.

At currently 3-8°C AT 1, rarely 2 heating cycles over 3 hours per day plus 1x hot water preparation. The Roth Thermo-Dings-Bums-Tank is considered in another forum, which deals exclusively with building services engineering, as not optimizable in terms of efficiency. Before attempting optimizations, a hydraulic conversion is recommended with the aim of decoupling the heating circuit from the Thermotank and operating it directly from the heat pump, using the Thermotank only for hot water preparation.

Oh my God, you mentioned the evil forum in Schweinchentönen with the competent building services engineering D specialists here. The unconfident admin of the house-building forum notoriously places his commercial interest above real help to the users and will therefore surely let your account burn in hell soon. And mine along with it ;)

And on the topic: just Google forum posts about your heat pump type and you will unfortunately see that many other builders have your problems as well. Real relief, as DanielSP already wrote, is only achieved by a conversion.
