Room smells like marijuana or hashish

It is a single-family house. It is on the ground floor, that is, in the timber frame construction. The floor has been completely newly installed (vinyl) including screed. Yes, the authority has already been there and ruled it out. Of course, during the visit from the authority, there was no smell in the room afterwards.

In heavy smokers, the smell also penetrates the masonry or the walls. This can even result in total damage. Maybe it's the same with hash? Does it only smell under certain humidity and temperature conditions, etc.?

I would understand that if it smelled like that permanently, but that is not the case with us. The humidity in the room is always constant at 50%. My suspicion was that it might possibly come from the garden, but I don't smell anything outside.

- Consult building biologists ... then you'll have it in black and white.

Do not ventilate beforehand and keep doors closed, otherwise the values will be distorted.
