In 1985 we built our current house from 25 cm Hebel blocks = aerated concrete (ground floor and attic) and have super good thermal values. The roof was built as was usual at that time. Now that the children have moved out, the house is much too big and we want to build a smaller one.
A few years after our house was completed, we saw houses in the wider neighborhood whose roofs were also made of aerated concrete roof tiles. Then the roof tiles were laid on top.
Question:
- How would the roof structure from inside to outside look if one wanted/needed to comply with the Energy Saving Ordinance 2009
with these roof tiles?
- Does anyone maybe know what price I should expect for such a roof? The house should be
11 x 12.5 meters with a 30 degree roof without windows (easier to calculate). It should be covered
with normal concrete roof tiles, e.g. Frankfurter Pfanne.
Many thanks
