He is special and unique – my parents have always enjoyed him, and as I said, everyone here does too. He always wants his peace and literally told me how glad he was when my father FINALLY died because then no one is always working and disturbing him. A very nice little guy! Since he is 80, I really hope for a soon biological solution here and that I might be granted the same joy sometime. The nagging woman’s husband is not noticeable. Also because he has a job that probably keeps him away from home a lot. No, you hardly hear anything from him. Nor from the nagging woman anymore, since we had this huge privacy screen built (which I would never have wanted if I were her – but okay). I hope it stays that way. The peace was dearly bought.

In stories like these, I'm glad that we apparently really hit the jackpot with our future neighbors. So far, everyone has been helpful, friendly, and tolerant. The neighbor, whose son I'm now getting construction water from, only works from home and after 7 days of demolition he said, "It wasn't that loud at all." :)

Question: You know that it is vacant because it is for sale. Who knew about it? That person should know how to reach the individual?
