It doesn’t smell. Nor is it strange.

My enlarged olfactometer gives me different signals. The intensity with which [Weichmacherfreiheit] and [Geruchsneutralität] are advertised could make one thoughtful. It’s not as if the "design floors" are the cheapest. They are currently "in" and enormously profitable. That can make one consider material alternatives.

hampshire, if you pour Birkin hair tonic on your head once in the morning, the vinyl doesn’t smell anymore. Try it. It’s also good for the hair. Proven since the imperial era, always gladly used.

so we actually ordered our floors long before we needed them or in some cases took them with us directly. In the case of the tiles, for example, it was because we had seen them for a long time (hardware store) and when we were there for something else one day, they were coincidentally 30% off. A nice salesman checked for us how often they usually have such discounts, whether it was likely there would be another one before we moved in... it could have been but was uncertain, so we preferred to strike while the iron was hot. In fact, they were not discounted again until we needed them. So in our case, it was the right decision

I spontaneously bought half a pallet of laminate at toom, it was clearance stock and the forklift driver had also knocked it over. Even after deducting the rejects, it was 1€ per square meter. It sat around for half a year before I installed it.

From such perspectives, it makes sense to buy something like that already.

My wife has since gotten used to the color.
