"Richtfest" at Schwörerhaus prefabricated house??

Hello.... Maybe someone can help me. Tomorrow we are getting our new Schwörerhaus prefabricated house. It will be assembled in two days, we are very excited. Is there something like the traditional topping-out ceremony for prefabricated houses as well? Has anyone ever done something like this??

I would be happy about a few experiences! A new house should definitely be celebrated!!

We are building with Streif Haus. After the construction day (whether 1 or 2 I’m not exactly sure) our supervisor will provide some drinks and I think we’ll prepare some food.. but nothing more specific has been planned so far
