Well, you ask questions. How can one recognize the flow rate?

The bar of the water supply of the shower has no connection to the thermostat. That's more or less what it's about,

We just want to shower

Then I recommend GARDENA Solo. Or Duo. Or Trio ops:

Ask your plumber what cross-section was installed. The flow rate has to be right, otherwise it won't be enjoyable.

Ok, I clarify: indoor single-family house instead of a common shower

This is what we installed

Is that enough for you? They are available with an integrated thermostat or with a hose to connect to an external mixer.

Has been running daily for 4 years, the rod is made of brass and the connections are very stable.

We have the Raindance E 300

In the technical data, Grohe specifies 17 L/min

Is it really the pipe cross-section? I had retrofitted a (cheap) rain shower in my rental apartment before – it was great and the pipes definitely weren’t specially planned for it!
In the new house with a rain shower planned from the start, it was first a complete disappointment, felt like just "dribbling". Then I unscrewed the showerhead and removed the plastic flow restrictor (necessary for the great AAAA+++++ certification). Since then I've had the most beautiful jungle rain.
