We have decided to keep looking. There are too many compromises that we are not willing to make. Besides, the farmer still has a slurry pit on his property and the wind usually blows from that direction. That is probably also the reason why the property has not been sold yet. So now we are searching again. The other building area is by the A of the W!!! The third one only has tiny plots left. Best regards Xinette

Even small plots can be beautiful. Size alone does not make the difference.
