Good morning,
We, at a construction company here in the area (Middle Franconia region), wanted to get a quote, and they immediately pushed a construction contract on us. As foolish as we were, we signed it.
In the contract, there was a clause from us stating that if the company's financing exceeds €1000, we can withdraw without any costs.
The case has occurred that the financing amounts to €1008, and we now want to withdraw, but they are being difficult and claim that we cannot simply withdraw, and if we build with another company, they will not take back the contract at all! Do they even have the right to do that?
Thank you
