Residential Building Insurance - Which one is recommended?

Rhion. With elemental damage coverage 189.00 per year. 10% deductible, max 5000,-. 17,000 Goldmark insurance sum 1914 new value. Equivalent to 210,000 Euro.

The offer states that the insurance coverage was determined according to the living area tariff. I only know this from household insurance, where €650 per sqm is used. That would only amount to €82,000 for 125 sqm. Perhaps the standard value for residential building insurance per sqm is different. Year of construction is 2016 and 125 sqm.

Unfortunately, no possibility was found to edit my old post. I called the insurance company. Unlike the household insurance, there is no upper limit for the building insurance. There is a waiver of underinsurance. Therefore, any amount necessary for repair / reconstruction is paid.
