Flat land! I have never been there, but that's how it's supposed to be :)

That looks pretty much like it to me.

To the east and southeast, planting seems to be planned? If a dense hedge is put there, the view is probably gone, right?

And that should not be a problem, because the hedge is certainly to be planted and maintained by the landowner. Then you just keep it only 1.5m high ;)
