Good evening dear community,
we are about to renovate/refurbish our home soon! Some things will be renewed or replaced. However, we are unsure about one thing! The previous owner installed door frames with folding interior doors on the ground floor. These are actually in like-new condition—but we do not like the folding doors at all! Would it be theoretically possible to keep the frame but replace the folding door with a regular door leaf? What do you think is sensible: to replace the frame as well or leave it in place, and if so, is it a huge effort to fit standard door leaves into the existing frame?
