Replace cable TV connection later with satellite TV

I would like to initially rely on the cable connection for the TV signal in the new building. However, I want to have the possibility to switch to a satellite dish later.
The empty conduit from the roof to the technical room is clear.

Now the question is how do I proceed from there?
Can I then connect the satellite cable to the existing coaxial cable or do I have to route the satellite cable from the technical room?

When your cable TV now arrives in the Technikraum, you distribute from there. If you want to install a dish later, you must pull 4x cables from the dish into the Technikraum (Leerrohr) later. Depending on the number of participants, then a multiswitch in between and it's all good. It is also important to provide or lay a network cable from the Technikraum (Internet/Glasfaseranschluss) to each room.

and how do I distribute further from the technical room then? Do I need coaxial cables and sat cables at every connection socket? Or can I use the existing coaxial cable?

You need a cable from the technical room to each participant for SAT. So you need a star network. It is best to have it laid for the cable system right from the start during construction.

At each TV/radio connection in the rooms, so-called subscriber connection sockets are installed. These then separate the corresponding signals again. The star distribution can also be used for cable TV. Then only a different distributor is installed. For example, I have also fed an FM (signal) and a DVB-T2 signal into the corresponding feed lines. This way, I also receive DAB+ in the corresponding quality. I live about 70 km from Berlin.
