No, even if the likers of your post would like that ;-). I am simply an advocate of "one big step at a time." It can work, it can go wrong. I just find it a shame if it goes wrong in that constellation, since it might be less stressful under different conditions. Especially since a delay of 1-2 years doesn't matter at all. But some probably need the whole package. In the end, I don't care.

Here the old discussion of buy vs. rent arises again. It’s pointless. It depends on one’s character, what one needs for their happiness in life and is willing to pay.

No, I don't think so, why should anyone take pleasure in someone else's misfortune. My post was rather meant to be "compassionate," my brother is actually going through something like that right now..

I don’t want a negative fate for other people, not even from you.

...but it of course reads like that. Personally, I don’t set a “proper” order: it comes as it comes and what is currently feasible. If there is time now to think about it, why not? If the right object is there, one should know what one wants.
Personally, I am not a fan of plans that are to be carried out in 2-3 years ;)

Why? Because it won't happen then? Then it wasn't a good idea anyway.

Then we misunderstood each other :). I hope it gets better again.
